Pathena just announced the investment in ebankIT, a spin-off of ITSector that provides digital banking solutions with centralized management, allowing bank clients to communicate faster, easier and more efficiently using their favorite channels.

According to António Murta, Founder and Managing Partner at Pathena, this investment is composed by two components: The financial investment will accelerate ebankIT international expansion; The experience of Pathena’s team will also be a great asset to ebankIT, namely in enhancing the necessary changes so that the company can become a world reference player in software development for the financial sector.

Pathena is now investing in ebankIT through a new fund specialized in IT and MedTech:
