PwC’s 2025 EMEA Cloud Business Survey found that 94% of organizations planned to adjust or expand their cloud architecture, while 82% were refining their cloud strategies in response to geopolitical or regulatory changes. The research surveyed 1,415 business and technology leaders across 26 EMEA territories.
The findings point to a broader shift in enterprise implementation. Technology projects increasingly have to account for architecture, governance, resilience and AI readiness rather than focusing exclusively on the software being deployed.
