Ten startups pitched today in another Startup Braga / FLAD Acceleration Program Demo Day. From hardware to software, from mobile to medtech, the quality of the projects show the evolution of the ecosystem when compared to previous editions.
As usual, Caixa Capital chose one of the startups to invest €100k in a convertible note. KIDE got the prize.

KIDE connects parents with local and emergent children fashion designers. They help parents find the most exclusive fashion pieces through a mobile app and web marketplace in a simple, quick and personalized shopping experience. With a B2C business model, KIDE earns a commission per sale. The startup offers products from more than 20 European brands and is already selling worldwide.
Startup Braga has been supporting startups and entrepreneurs since 2014 through acceleration and incubation. The teams supported by Startup Braga have raised more than €7,5M so far.
This Demo Day also had the presence of Bedy Yang, Managing Partner at 500 startups, who in a keynote, shared some secrets from the valley.
