The acquisition of AnubisNetworks, a Portuguese startup operating in the Internet Security Industry, by BitSight Technologies was announced today. In this acquisition are included both Human Resources and Technology, and AnubisNetworks will continue to operate as a subsidiary of BitSight.

Created in 2006 and based in Porto, Anubis is one of Europe´s leading Threat Intelligence and Email Security Companies.

Shaun McConnon, CEO of BitSight Technologies, declared that they found in Portugal a business friendly environment, along with unique technology and cyber skills:  “Anyone can score a company’s information security, but it takes a powerful analytics technology like the AnubisNetworks platform to provide the quality, breadth and innovation necessary to truly rate a company’s security effectiveness”
